Developing countries lose up to 40% of food due to a lack of refrigeration. Draper’s concept of a high-efficiency, low-cost, portable refrigerator leverages thermoelectric cooling technology as a solution. Farmers can transport milk in the portable refrigerator to local processing facilities without it spoiling. This project was a collaboration between Draper and Sprout Studios.
